Decorating Using the Sgraffito Technique with Na'ama Yacoby

Monday, August 25, 2-4 pm OR September 15, 11 am -1 pm

Description: Students will decorate one tumbler or two 4-inch tiles using the Sgraffito Technique. This allows you to carve a design into a tile or tumbler. Your piece will be glazed and fired and returned to the gallery in a couple of weeks for pick-up. When registering, please explain what you wish to work on.

FREE CHILDREN'S CLASS

A Study in Aboriginal Art with Suzan Gannett

Wednesdays, September 10 and 24, 1-2 pm

Children will create to paintings based on Australian Aboriginal Art. The first class will revolve around animals and the second around landscapes. When registering, please indicate which classes your child will attend.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED so that we have enough supplies for all.

Exploring Abstractions with Leah Kuehne

We will learn different methods to start making abstract work. We will look at the work of various abstract artists and then do exercises with a variety of mediums to develop our own styles. All levels welcome, materials will be supplied.
